Own your very own piece of Edinburgh history with these refashioned Royal Mile cobblestones. In 2021, the pavement of the Royal Mile, which runs between Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, was widened and every cobblestone carefully lifted, reconditioned and painstakingly relaid. During this process, excess cobblestones were salvaged, cut, and polished to create these extraordinary briolettes which have been designed to resemble the original stone "setts" that line the ancient walkways of Edinburgh's old town. 

These granite and basalt beads (drilled at top from front to back) display a black and grey mottled effect with pink flecks. Opaque with a polished lustre.
